Yoga & Burnout: From Breakdown to Breakthrough

Burnout is an increasing concern among the working population and work-related illnesses cost EUR ~9bn a year. About one in seven people experience burnout-related complains and occurrence keeps on rising. But what exactly is a burnout? Also, how can we not only help preventing it but also recover from it?

In this session led by 2 experts, Sarah & Diane, you will

- Deepen your knowledge about the topic (what is a burnout, why, how & to whom it typically happens)

- Discover the typical steps to recover from a burnout & how to transform what may seem or feel like a breakdown into a breakthrough

- Explore how yoga can help relieve part of your stress, focus back on yourself, and support your healing process

- Enjoy a delightful yin practice including some pranayama (breathwork) to help you relax & dive inwards.

This session will be led by 2 experts, Diane and Sarah, who have highly complementary background & expertise. Diane Mesnier, member of the Yoganida teaching crew (yin, vinyasa, etc.), is a also work psychologist. She is trained in therapeutical relaxation and has worked with patients dealing with burnout at a psychological clinic. Sarah Haïlé-Fida, consultant in psychosocial risks (e.g. burnout) & carrier management, has been helping people dealing such symptoms for over a decade. 

Everyone dealing with stress or burnout-related symptoms will greatly benefit from this workshop, as well as also anyone interested in the topic, its prevention & healing. If you are interested in improving the balance between your work and personal life, don't hesitate any longer!
