During the Creative Spring Break we would like to inviteyou to this musical workshop. Two hours of Hands-on session where kids will make different kind of musical instruments: shakers, box zithers, drum sets, bucket drums, castanets, kalimbas, harmonicas, water glasses... All made by unimaginable materials: tin cans, yoghurt containers, balloons, jars, bottles, cardboard tubes, styrofoam forms, chopsticks...
After they will play together following a variety of rhythmic and melodic patterns.

- A high engaging musical experience.
- They will take their new instruments at home.
- This activity enhances problem solving, self-esteem and creativity. Even they will learn some physics concepts related to sound!
- By being part of a music group, kids can break out of their social shell.

Workshop run by Susana Raya, graduated musician and performing artist, a regular teacher at Susana Studio - Guitar and Singing lessons in Amsterdam. She’s created the LITTLE LUTHIER program to engage her students in the magic of music.
