On Saturday, 21 February and Sunday, 22 February, Move Amsterdam will closely follow the Olympic and Paralympic Games. Join Move Amsterdam for a super-fun extra programme.

– Going for Gold in the Move Lab? We are looking for the fastest car builder! Compete and win the gold medal of the day and eternal glory. Every day, a winner will be crowned via Instagram.

Walk-In Workshop: Fashion Jungle

​

On Saturday, 21 February, join in making fashion artwork at Museum JAN. Due to its success so far, the wall artwork will be further expanded. With leather, fabric, felt and glitter, you can design your own piece of the fashion jungle. Be inspired by Fong-Leng’s shiny materials, swirling folds and colourful jungle animals. Your unique design will become part of this giant artwork. When finished, it will be displayed in the JAN Junior Atelier. Design along, think big, and become part of a real museum artwork! Art Start Studio – Spring Break Art Camp in Haarlem!

​

Art Start Studio is hosting ArtCamp on Wednesday, 25 February and Friday, 27 February.

ArtCamp focuses on fun, excitement and creative freedom, using a wide range of materials and resources. Children will try new media, meet new friends and have a fantastic time. We follow themes based on various holidays and celebrations. Activities are engaging and relaxed, combining creativity with games and physical activity. Break times are energetic and enjoyable, helping children burn off energy before returning to calm, focused creativity. Find out more and sign up here.

• Art activities: painting, sewing, clay work and crafts (a different activity each day)

​Make Your Own Art with LEGO® Printing at the Wereldmuseum Amsterdam!

Inspired by the work of Ekow Nimako, who created a futuristic landscape using over one million black LEGO® bricks, you can make your own print of the future. This printing technique places each LEGO® brick at the same level. Design your own pattern and print it. Layers can be pressed over one another, creating new shapes and forms. What do you see in the city of the future? Smart buildings, inventive machines, dancing bridges or robot trees? These workshops are suitable for children aged 6 and up. Find out more here.
