Luistergoed is a music center focused on providing high-quality musical orientation for babies and toddlers. Luistergoed aims to stimulate all areas of the developing child, but specifically her/his musical development in a playful and rich musical environment. Baby classes at 10:00, Toddlers’ at 11:00.

During the Luistergoed music class your child will receive informal guidance by listening, moving and experimenting with music instruments from all over the world and other beautiful materials, carefully chosen according to your child’s age and stage of development. Every child can participate, discover and enjoy at his or her own pace!

During the course, parents are given the opportunity to stimulate their creativity in a relaxing and inspiring way, so that they can later guide their children’s music learning process.

Individual music classes are available for children from 5 – 36 months, and children with special needs up to 4 years.

For parents, there is a Sound Healing/Meditation Sessions, called Sound Compass (see website for details)

The YKR Ju-Jitsu school offers courses and private lessons of Ju-Jitsu, Self-Defence and “Ginnastica” in Amsterdam. The courses are meant for men, women and kids. Besides the health benefits of a physical activity, a traditional martial art helps people to build up self-confidence, discipline and persistence. Mastering a martial art doesn’t mean mastering a weapon against an opponent, it means mastering your mind and consequently your body. Ginnastica is a term that indicates a variety of sports involving sequences of movements that generally require strength, elasticity, and kinesthetic ability (so-called coordination). It is a perfect exercise to harmonize the body and it can be practice as a complementary course for martial artists.
