Two amazing separate spaces:

1) a café where parents can relax and enjoy our selection of amazing coffee+pastries and browse our curated selection of toys+publications. Children may of course enjoy a babyccino and play freely in this area with our rotating toys.

2) a play room/workshop room and theatre stage where children can attend an array of creative workshops from make+play to move+shake all hosted by a series of specialist teachers. This room also hosts theatre shows on special occasions and the best disco parties for kids in town!

You can find here after-school group programs, one-on-one coaching sessions, and parent workshops on giftedness (now also online!). Our services are suitable for any child that needs more support and challenge than traditional education can offer. We are not asking for any documented testing. Ju-Jitsu & Ginnastica

The YKR Ju-Jitsu school offers courses and private lessons of Ju-Jitsu, Self-Defence and “Ginnastica” in Amsterdam. The courses are meant for men, women and kids. Besides the health benefits of a physical activity, a traditional martial art helps people to build up self-confidence, discipline and persistence. Mastering a martial art doesn’t mean mastering a weapon against an opponent, it means mastering your mind and consequently your body. Ginnastica is a term that indicates a variety of sports involving sequences of movements that generally require strength, elasticity, and kinesthetic ability (so-called coordination). It is a perfect exercise to harmonize the body and it can be practice as a complementary course for martial artists.

Project Fearless offers after school programs for girls ages 9-14. Our courses get girls sharing experiences where they can step out of their comfort zones, meet role models, and create a positive impact in their communities! Each of our courses are designed to give girls the tools and the confidence to discover new passions, practice new skills and create new friendships. We’re all about fostering an environment that enables girls to meet girls outside of their existing circle of friends and form new bonds. We are giving girls the space to create a lasting change in their communities and, in turn, find their voice – directly impacting how they will approach their future.

Amsterdam Kids Drama & Dance

We offer playful, creative and imaginative classes for children aged from 2 to 10 years old. Kids learn theatre and dance skills, develop confidence and have great fun!

For the youngest children our parent and child classes are a unique combination of dance, mime, songs, costumes and objects, which we use to explore a different theme each week.

For school age children our classes focus on developing basic theatre and movement skills and working together as a group. For the oldest kids this leads toward an informal performance at the end of the course, to which parents and friends are invited.

All classes are taught in English and are a great way to practice for those growing up with English as an additional language. We also regularly give drama workshops at various International Schools in the Netherlands.

The Little Gym Amsterdam

The Little Gym provides weekly classes for children aged 4 months to 12 years old. The age specific curriculum with a gymnastics basis is designed to build skills sequently. Learning takes place through having fun in a non-competitive environment. Engaging weekly themes help children to tap into the fun, imagination and creativity. Original music composed by The Little Gym®, supports what they’re learning – from physical skills to social-emotional and cognitive skills.
