Certified nutrition consultant Amélie van der Aa has guided many women through this important stage of their lives. Afterwards, you're more than welcome to attend a prenatal yoga class (17:00-18:15) led by Marie-Laure Hauters, Yoganida's founder and a.o. prenatal, postnatal & baby yoga teacher, for a super small fee (10 euros - 50% off the regular price). Marie-Laure has about 10 years work experience in the field of infant & maternal health & nutrition and has helped hundreds of women at different stages of their motherhood to journey. This session will be relevant to all moms-to-be or women planning to get pregnant. Please wear comfortable clothes if you'd like to join the yoga class afterwards. No prior yoga experience needed
